Manage your subscription and billing

On this page

Review your organization's current subscription before changing plans. Available actions depend on the plan, billing provider and whether self-service changes are enabled.

Open Billing

  1. Open the user menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Organization > Billing.
  3. Review the plan, access dates, available limits and billing information shown for the organization.

If Organization is unavailable, ask your organization admin to review billing.

Change a directly billed plan

Use Upgrade or Browse Plans if that action is available. Review the selected plan, billing period, company details and payment summary before confirming any purchase. Some organizations manage changes through an agreed contract rather than self-service checkout.

The pricing page describes current offers. Your Billing page and agreement determine the specific limits and terms for your organization; do not assume another organization's plan settings apply to you.

If billing is managed through Shopify

Follow View plans in Shopify or Shopify app settings when those options are shown. Plan changes and cancellation for that billing arrangement are managed in Shopify. Do not start a separate direct subscription to resolve a Shopify billing issue.

Invoices and cancellation

Review the invoices available in Billing and use the PDF download action where provided. If the expected invoice is missing, check your billing email or contact support.

If Cancel subscription is available, read the confirmation and access dates before proceeding. Cancellation, deleting an account and deleting a project are different actions. For a contracted plan or an unavailable self-service action, contact the person responsible for your agreement or support.

For invoice contact details, see Manage your organization.

Contact support in the app

  1. Sign in to the app and select the project related to your question, if applicable.
  2. Open Help and support in the top bar and select Contact Support.
  3. Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected, then select Send request.

To check progress or add details, open Help and support > My support requests, select the request and reply in the same conversation. Continue an existing request when it concerns the same issue.

Do not include passwords, project tokens or unredacted customer data.
