Your role determines which organization administration options are available. The customer-facing distinction is between a team member and an organization admin.
| Task | Team member | Organization admin |
|---|---|---|
| Work with projects available to the account | Yes, within assigned access | Yes, within available access |
| Open personal Profile Settings | Yes | Yes |
| Invite or remove organization members | No | Yes |
| Manage organization contact details and billing | Ask an organization admin | Organization administration options are available |
Plan limits and the organization's billing arrangement can restrict available actions even for an admin. A role does not remove seat limits or make every subscription self-service.
Review members
Open the user menu, select Organization > Members, and check the Role column. The list distinguishes USER and ORGANIZATION ADMIN for customer accounts.
The Invite Member form does not contain a project selector or role picker. Do not assume an invitation grants a separately selected per-project role.
If an action is missing
Confirm that you are signed in with the intended email and organization. Ask your organization admin to check access. Contact support if the organization administrator needs to change; do not create a new organization to work around an access problem.
Internal platform administration is separate from your team's organization roles.
Contact support in the app

- Open Help and support in the top bar and select Contact Support.
- Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected, then select Send request.
To check progress or add details, open Help and support > My support requests, select the request and reply in the same conversation. Continue an existing request when it concerns the same issue.
