The Certified Partner Program helps agencies learn how to configure analytics, interpret behavior and turn findings into recommendations for client work. It combines onboarding, mentoring and certification.
Start with onboarding
The program includes two 1.5-hour sessions:
- Marketing onboarding: how to explain the role of behavioral analytics in client work. It is available to the agency's wider team.
- Technical onboarding: using Goals, Waterfalls, heatmaps, recordings and Experience Metrics. It is intended for the people who will perform the analysis and is available to the team.
Work through mentoring
Two or three people from the agency work on up to two client projects during six 1.5-hour mentoring meetings. The work uses real project questions and data to practice configuration, interpretation and prioritization.
The aim is to develop an analytical strategy, examine relevant behavior, distinguish findings from assumptions and prepare recommendations that a client can act on. Mentoring does not guarantee a specific conversion increase or a result for every project.
Complete certification
Certification covers the ability to read recordings and heatmaps, analyze experience patterns, build an analytical strategy and communicate recommendations. Follow the program team's instructions for completing the certification process.
The program also provides certification and communication materials, including presentations, case studies and brand assets for the agency's approved use.
Agency account and next steps
The program's agency account supports client access and management of client projects, including the program's unlimited client-account and customer-project allowance. These agency arrangements are distinct from ordinary subscription limits; confirm the setup for your agency with the program team.
To discuss certification, provide your agency name, the people who will perform the analysis and the client projects you would use for mentoring. Use Contact to reach the team and agree the onboarding schedule and program arrangements.
