Your account is your personal sign-in. Your organization groups your team and its subscription. A project contains the analytics data for a website or app.
Choose the right settings

The user menu is in the top-right corner. Organization administration requires organization admin access. If an option is missing, ask your organization admin rather than creating a second account.
Join a team or start a workspace
To join an existing organization, use an invitation from its admin. A separate registration does not join that organization.
To start a new workspace, create an account, then create a project.
