Can I try CUX for free?

Yes, you can – but only with the Business model! Free trial consist of a 1,000 visit recordings with all the features available in the Business model. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, you can choose the pricing model you'd like to purchase.

How do I pay for CUX?

For monthly and yearly payments, we support all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, and Discover). If you've gone for the Enterprise plan, you can also pay via bank transfer.

How long is the contract period?

Regardless of whether you’re the go-steady type or a free spirit, we’ve got you covered. You can pick between a monthly subscription or a long-term contract (6, 12 or 24 months) – whatever works best for you.

What currencies are accepted?
