Use the email associated with your account. Creating another registration is not a way to regain access to an existing organization.

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Enter your Email and select Continue.
  3. Use the sign-in method offered for that address: password or your organization's SSO.
  4. After signing in, check the selected project and organization before changing settings.

If email verification is requested, follow the verification screen. For password help, use Reset or change your password.

If you use SSO, complete sign-in with your organization's identity provider. Ask your organization admin about access or provider problems; a password reset does not replace an SSO policy.

Sign out

Open the user menu in the top-right corner and select Logout. Check that you return to the sign-in screen before leaving a shared device.

Signing out of the app is different from removing a team member or changing the tracking code on your website. It does not remove the organization's projects or recorded data.

If you cannot sign in

If a sign-in, registration or password-reset problem prevents you from using support in the app, email support@cux.io. Describe the problem, the account email and any error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, invitation links or password-reset links.

Once you can sign in, use support in the app for other questions.

Contact support in the app

Use this route when you can sign in.

  1. Sign in to the app and select the project related to your question, if applicable.
  2. Open Help and support in the top bar and select Contact Support.
  3. Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected, then select Send request.

To check progress or add details, open Help and support > My support requests, select the request and reply in the same conversation. Continue an existing request when it concerns the same issue.

Do not include passwords, project tokens or unredacted customer data.
