See how people move through your mobile app, where they hesitate and what happens before they leave. Start by choosing the SDK that matches your app, then check your first recording before collecting customer data.

Each integration has its own requirements and APIs. Updating the native Android SDK does not update your React Native or Flutter integration. Check your platform guide before using a feature described for another SDK.
Create your mobile project
Create a project for your mobile app in CUX. Find its token in Settings > Project. Use that mobile project token when you initialize the SDK.
A website displayed inside an Android WebView needs a separate web project and a compatible web collector. Set this up through the Android WebView guide.
Plan your first recording
Choose a short journey you know well, such as Product > Cart > Checkout. Include a screen with sensitive fields so you can check masking as part of the same test.
Follow your platform guide to:
- Install and initialize the SDK once.
- Connect app navigation where the integration requires it.
- Configure collection to follow your app's consent choices.
- Mask sensitive content before it can appear in screenshots.
- Run the journey on a test device and inspect the recording in CUX.
You do not need to identify a user or add custom events to start basic collection. Add them when they help you understand a specific journey or outcome.
Check what your integration collects
The available navigation, interaction and screenshot data depends on the SDK, UI framework and project configuration. A missing screenshot does not by itself mean that no other data was collected.

Already using CUX?
If you are updating native Android, follow Upgrade to Android SDK 1.2.0. Keep your existing project token and consent handling. Add optional features only after checking their requirements.
