First decide whether you are starting a workspace or joining an existing team. This determines how you should create your account.
Join an existing organization
Ask its organization admin to invite your email address. Open the invitation and follow its account setup instructions. Registering separately does not add you to the team's organization.
If the invited address already has an account, sign in first. Ask support to help resolve organization access if the intended team is still unavailable.
Start a new workspace
- Open the registration page.
- Enter your Business Email and choose a password that meets the displayed requirements.
- Review the required Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acknowledgement. The marketing communications option is separate.
- Select Create account.
- On the verification screen, enter the six-digit code sent to your email. If needed, use the resend option and check spam or company email quarantine.
- Continue to create your first project.
If the email is already associated with an account, use sign-in or password help instead of registering another address to get around the issue.
If your organization uses SSO, follow the sign-in method configured for your work email. Ask your admin if you are unsure which organization or login method to use.
If you cannot sign in
If a sign-in, registration or password-reset problem prevents you from using support in the app, email support@cux.io. Describe the problem, the account email and any error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, invitation links or password-reset links.
Once you can sign in, use support in the app for other questions.
Contact support in the app
Use this route when you can sign in.
- Sign in to the app and select the project related to your question, if applicable.
- Open Help and support in the top bar and select Contact Support.
- Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected, then select Send request.
To check progress or add details, open Help and support > My support requests, select the request and reply in the same conversation. Continue an existing request when it concerns the same issue.
Do not include passwords, project tokens or unredacted customer data.
