(Junior Sales Specialist net salary: 3000-6000 PLN; type of employment TBD)
Join our CUX team, only if you have:
- 1+ experience in a similar position,
- knowledge of the SaaS/startup industry,
- very good command of spoken and written English,
- high communicativeness and the ability to self-present,
- negotiating competencies,
- time management skills,
- goal-oriented and positive attitude,
- knowledge of Pipedrive, HubSpot, Get Response, Slack, and Confluence tools will be an additional advantage.
Tasks that are ahead of you:
- acquiring new customers, negotiating terms and concluding commercial contracts,
- creating sales presentations, demos, and offers in line with the client’s needs and company standards,
- close cooperation with the marketing department in the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy,
- market monitoring and competition analysis,
- after-sales care, maintaining relationships with customers,
- creating sales reports,
- implementation of business goals, both individual and group.
In the first 3 months, you will deal with:
- getting to know the tool and onboard into the team,
- participation in sales meetings and demos for customers,
- scoring and qualifying leads
- supporting sales processes
- inbound and outbound pre-sales activities
- attending mentoring sessions for process building and implementation
- start your own sales processes and relations building

- Meeting | approx 1-1,5 hour | on-line meeting with CUX growth team to know you better and role play some sales talks | PL or EN,
- Final call with terms of employment | approx 30 minutes | on-line meeting with Paulina Walkowiak| PL or EN,
- You will get feedback after the final stage of your recruitment journey.
