Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing engine, with a focus on lead generation and a sharp eye on growth. You’ll lead the planning and execution of campaigns that bring in qualified leads, support Sales, and drive measurable results. But your impact won’t stop there - you’ll also shape our broader marketing strategy, help refine product positioning, and bring new ideas for how CUX shows up across channels and markets. If you thrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment and love owning the full funnel - from awareness to revenue - we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
- Design and execute lead generation strategies (inbound, outbound, paid, organic)
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, nurturing flows, and automation (Getresponse, HubSpot)
- Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging, use cases, and sales-enabling content
- Run performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting)
- Build and optimize funnels - from MQL to SQL - in close collaboration with Sales
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting Enterprise accounts
- Manage updates and content publishing in CMS platform (Strapi or similar)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversion rates)
- Co-create conversion-focused content (landing pages, reports, webinars, case studies)
- Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, product narrative, and market expansion
- Coordinate a small but mighty team (currently 2 people + freelancers)
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech environment strongly preferred)
- Proven success in running lead generation campaigns with measurable results
- Experience organizing and delivering webinars as part of the lead gen mix
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and workflow automation
- Strong product marketing intuition: you understand how to translate product features into customer value and compelling messaging
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Strong analytical thinking and a test-and-learn approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (C1+)
