It all started with two people who looked at digital behavior from very different angles. Paulina came from research, Kamil from code. Together, they built a tool that combined both perspectives and laid the foundation for understanding not just what users do, but why.

The first version of CUX focused on session recordings and heatmaps. But most tools stopped at clicks. Teams needed more: a way to see hesitation, frustration, and missed intent. That early feedback pushed us to look deeper and turn visual data into real understanding.

As the product evolved, so did the way we captured behavior. We combined visit recordings, heatmaps, and experience metrics with machine learning to spot patterns that were easy to miss. By blending qualitative metrics with behavioral signals, CUX shows not just what users do, but what they don't and why—to give our clients the full story.

With time, more enterprise teams turned to CUX to go beyond tracking metrics and start uncovering the real drivers of user behavior. They needed ongoing insight into how people navigate complex journeys. We refined the platform to support continuous discovery, and smoother collaboration across teams.
